New Delhi: Sulking Congress Leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is in Loggerhead with the chairman of the Minister of Punjab captain Amarinder Singh, on Wednesday finally received an audience with the former president of the party Rahul Gandhi.
Previously on that day, Sidhu held a meeting with the Secretary General of the Priyanka Gandhi Congress.
Both leaders were learned to discuss the issue of renewal in the Punjab unit before the assembly poll.
Yesterday, Rahul Gandhi denied the scheduled meeting with former politicians who changed cricket and said ‘there was no meeting with Sidhu’ to the media people waiting outside his residence.
