Patna: The Patna High Court on Monday directing the main secretary to hold a meeting with an urgent record with all stakeholders, including the train, to ensure the elimination of all barriers in the Danapur-Biht High Corridor project.

Advice of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Iti Suman, filed a statement of information that claimed a barrier by the railway in each construction for security reasons in the edge of five meters from the project boundary line consisting of conversion of the Danapur Station into the terminus, requiring expanded tracks and platforms and expansion of the Division Rail Division head office.
NHAI’s adviser further stated that the train had requested regenerating corridor projects elevated.
NHAI experts also expressed concern that structuring the rivetful road corridor could make it vulnerable to accidents and therefore could continue only in the current alignment.
P K Shahi, appointed Amicus Curiae in the Pils related to NH, handed over that the future of Patna Township Vitally Engke on this project will be connected with the upcoming Bihta Airport and all educational institutions established in Bihta.
The court was then directed to the Imper train as a party that needed to be in this pill and asked for the Siddharth Prasad train advisor to provide maximum assistance in ensuring positive coordination with NHAI.
The road project was elevated by an estimate of around RS2300 Crore approved in June 2020 where the state government was to fund RS430 Crore and the remaining costs must be borne by NHAI.
This will be heard next week again when the main secretary will provide a written statement about the positive solution to the problem.
