Fir against admin fb for ‘slander’ gujarat cm online

Bharuch / Letter: A FIR was filed against the Social Media Account Administrator for a slander pole at the Head of Minister of Vijay Rupani online by Police Bharuch.
Those ordered include the Facebook account administrator ‘Bharuch Jasus’ and the other two.
They have been booked for defamation and forgery.
According to the police, the defendant posted a CM speech version edited and dubbed on their social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
The complaint submitted by the police said that the video was edited, dubbed it to make it funny and defame CM.
Bharuch branch of local crime after the investigation found that the script and the video concept were by Roham Mistry and edited by Soham Patel, both residents from Bharuch.
Fir it was registered on Wednesday against the ‘Bharuch Jasus’ account administrator and two parts of the Indian criminal code and it acted.
