The Mumbai police have filed an FIR from Kangana Ranaut’s bodyguard Kumar Hegde at a rape situation in DN Nagar police station.
We’ve learnt that the situation was registered with a 30-year-old beautician who’s alleged the Hegde who promised to get married for her, requested her.
According to the FIR, Hegde guaranteed to wed the sufferer in June this past year.
The accused also signaled a live-in connection to what the sufferer consented as she’d expected to get married .
As per a reportthey understood each other for 2 decades.
From the complaint, she added that she refused to get a tangible connection but he pressured her to it.
DCP Chaitanya, spokesperson for the Mumbai authorities verified,”Yes that an FIR was registered at DN Nagar police station.
The police is investigating the situation.”
The sufferer also alleged that the accused borrowed 50,000 rupees from her stating that his mom was unwell and that he needed to leave because of his hometown and because then is unreachable.
The case was filed under sections 376, 377, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and is now under evaluation.
