NEW DELHI: A fire broke out in a health store in the outside circle of the Connaught Place place from the federal capital on Tuesday morning.
As stated by the Delhi fire department, the fire broke out about 6:45am on Tuesday afternoon, but no casualties had been reported.
“Four vehicles of the Delhi Fire Service achieved the area and brought the fire in check.
The origin of the fire isn’t yet known, however, as stated by the fire brigade, a huge amount of sanitizer was retained at the health care store, because of the fire might have been flared upward,” said a fire department officer.
“At present, the flame was brought under control,” he further added.
Earlier on Monday, a fire broke out in a shoe factory in Udyog Nagar.
