Hyderabad: Eleven family members including four children were saved safely after the fire occurred on the ground plus a three-story building where they lived in Coloni Vihar Day in Narayangda on Thursday night.
The incident was revealed after the neighbor watched the smoke and fire out of the second floor of the house around 9pm and told the family.
According to firefighting officials, all four children were on the second floor when the fire broke out.
“The second floor and the three houses have been completely damaged by fire.
While the second floor consists of a bedroom, the third floor consists of one bedroom and play area.
Luckily, the family could rush to the second floor as soon as the neighbors warned them and save Children, “said Fire Extinguisher Musheerabad G Venkateshwar, added that there were no injuries or victims reported.
Two fire tenders rushed to the place along with water tankers, from the Musteerabad fire station and Gowguda fire station, to extinguish the fire as soon as they received a call at 9.13 afternoon.
Need firefighting personnel about one and a half hours to extinguish the fire.
Furthermore, officials informed that the cause of fire allegedly had a short circuit.
Investigations are being carried out to determine the exact cause of fire damage and property.
