Firing against Assam CM Himanta Buswa Sarma to ‘submit murder’

Mizo Zirlai Pawl, Mizoram Student Agency, has submitted FIR at the Vairengte police station in Mizoram against Assam CM Himanta Buswa Sarma and six others in connection with the flare-up border on Monday.
As many as 200 unknown Assam police personnel have also been ordered.
Among the accusations against Himanta and the other were part of the IPC 307 (murder efforts) and 120B (criminal conspiracy).

Meanwhile, MLA from the three Barak Valley districts from Assam on Friday decided to move to court against the SP of Kolastic District Mizoram because of its alleged role between police forces between two countries.
Meeting All-Party Mlaas Cachar, Karimanj and Hailakandi held at Silchar AMD was decided that the action must also be taken against Mizoram Lone Rajya Sabha MP K Vanlavena for his statement outside of parliament.
