NEW DELHI: The very first computerised attraction for entrance to entry courses for seats booked under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Disadvantaged Groups (DG) and Children With Special Needs (CWSN) at the private colleges will be announced Tuesday, according to the Directorate of Education (DoE).
“It’s also advised that the very first computerised draw of lots for entrance into EWS, DG and also CWSN class for academic session 2021-22 will be held on June 15 in 3 PM,” that the DoE stated in an official purchase.
Beneath the Right to Education (RTE) Act of 2009, at least 25 percent of seats in entrance courses — toddlers, toddlers, and Class 1– need to be earmarked for EWS/DG (22 percent ) and kids with disabilities (3 percent ).
The application procedure for EWS admissions started from April 7 and the initial attraction was likely to be stored on April 30.
