Noida/Ghaziabad: Gautam Budh Nagar reported 24 new cases on Thursday, taking the district’s tally to 62,852.
Additionally, no death was reported in the past 24 hours and the toll remained 464.
About 53 people were discharged from hospitals, taking the total recoveries to 62,107.
Meanwhile, the active cases remain 281, going below 300 for the first time in two months.
The district’s recovery rate is now 98.7% with a fatality rate of 0.7%.
A total of 9,090 people were vaccinated at 67 government centres across GB Nagar on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Ghaziabad recorded 23 new Covid cases on Thursday, taking the tally to 55,366.
About three deaths were also recorded in the district and the toll has now reached 457.
About 24 patients were discharged from hospitals and home isolation at the same time.
Altogether, 54472 patients have recovered and discharged in the district.
At present, there are 437 active cases.
Altogether 11,018 people from all categories were vaccinated on Wednesday in Ghaziabad.
