Five accused of being guaranteed in the case of Lynching Palghar

Mumbai: Bombay High Court (HC) on Monday gave a guarantee to five people, accused of the Mob Palghar case where two people were killed on April.
Judge Nitin Sampre said it seems that five were accused, all local workers did not have criminal antecedents and no open actions were associated with them in the crime.
“Only the role of Chargeshet is their physical presence,” he said, dictating orders in an open court after hearing their advice, Vrushali Raje, and a special prosecutor, Satish Maneshinde.
HC also heard the second guarantee request submitted by 11 accused of another, all local adivasis, Raje said which allegedly showed a video clip on social media applications.
He said their statement was hit by a bar on self-accusation.
Justice Sampre after hearing this problem was ordered Maneshinde to give a graph on December 8, with the name and role played by various charges in this case.
