Lucknow: At least 5 people including a 3-year-old child died after they were destroyed under a truck loaded with mangoes in Itaunja region on the outskirts of Lucknow.
Police supervisors, rural Lucknow, Hirdesh Kumar, who also reached a place to monitor rescue operations said that 8 passengers returned in the van from Ayodhya.
They went to their village in Unnao area when the incident happened.
Kumar said that it was unclear how the truck was upside down in the van stranded next to Jalan Kumharava.
“The villagers heard loud votes and they urged to help passengers,” SP Kumar said.
