Bharuch: Police Dahej Marines on Friday arrested five people to practice as doctors without having medical qualifications needed.
Sustainable with the action against a fake doctor, the police – acting on the tip-off received by Bharuch Sp Rajendrasinh Chudasama – searching the clinic from where this shaman operates.
The defendant was identified as Madhu Mangal Jaidev Biswas, Bishvjit Trinath Bishwas, Liten Nimachand Mandal (all from West Bengal), Rajiv Shivcharan Prasad Sing and Sanju Gomti Mishra, both original Bihar.
After the police raided the clinic, all who were accused of failing to produce their medical degree.
Then, the police arrested them.
All ordered under IPC 336, and Medical Practice Law 30, 33.
