Gurugram: The Border Security Force Precautions have arrested five candidates who allegedly used an unfair way during the BSF recruitment test, the police said on Monday.
While four candidates were arrested while using cellphones during the examination, the fifth candidate had appeared in the exam on behalf of the original candidate.
