Coimbatore: Five people, two of them were small boys, arrested on Tuesday because of raping and impregnating a 14-year-old girl from a village near Polachi.
Other accusations in this case are in process.
Police All-Woman Pollachi said the girl, a class X student, alone in her house most of the time, because her parents used to work for daily wages.
“He fell in love with a 16-year-old neighbor boy, a class XI student, and they had a physical relationship.
He bragged about his sexual meeting with the girl among his friends, who began to threaten and raped him for two months,” said an investigative officer.
The officer said while one of the defendants was the girl’s uncle, the rest was his neighbor.
“They raped him separately on a different occasion in January and February.
The girl was taken to the Polachi government hospital on Monday night with a severe stomach ache.
The doctor found a minor five months pregnant and told us.” Investigate Investigators revealed that the girl raped by her lover, another 17-year-old boy, who was a 19-year-old wall painter, a 20-year-old Nagoneen, V Muthmaurugan who was 19 years old, who was a daily bet, and the uncle of the girl Maharajothi, 31, artisan Las.
“They raped the girl from three different places,” the officer said.
Based on the girl’s complaint, the police registered a case against six below 5 (G) (Gang Penetrative Sexual Assault), (i) (ii), (n) Read with 6 children’s protection from sexual violations (Pocso) Act and section 506 (i) from the Criminal Code and arrest five of them on Tuesday.
“Praveen is still great.
We have launched the hunt for him,” the officer said.
The fifth arrested was, meanwhile, produced before a special court for Pocso cases and nested in prison under the supervision of the judiciary at night.
