Jaipur: Five people, including a little girl, killed when some of the land collapsed while digging wells in the Jalore Rajasthan district on Friday, police said.
The incident occurred in the Kotwali police station area when the well was excavated.
Suddenly, some of the land collapsed and five people were buried underneath, police said.
They rushed to the district hospital where the doctor said they were taken dead.
Police identify deceased such as Vikram (17), Dinesh (17), Moran Singh (27), Janki Lal (26) and Anushka (3).
