Mumbai: Female executives with a technology company harassed sexually online when she was hunting for rent in the city.
The 27-year-old had moved to his hometown in Gujarat during the Kuncian and wanted to move back to Mumbai now that the company continued offline operations.
Profites, whose profiles say he is a stockbroker and has studied at the Top Management Institute, contacted him on Facebook with the pretext of renting his flat and began to demand sexual blessings, threatening him if he was not obedient.

On Sunday, he received a message from one Akshay Singh.
He asked if he was still looking for flats, locations and budgets.
When he answered, he sent him an apartment video and claimed he was the owner.

He then asked for detail from his work and finally his telephone number.
“There is no room for suspicion.
We hardly exchanged messages for 10 minutes when the conversation suddenly changed,” he said.
Singh said he did not need to pay rent and he would be willing to pay for his expenses too.
He began to demand sexual assistance and added that if he blocked him, he would make a fake profile with his telephone number and post that he was “calling girl”.
The woman stopped responding, but Singh continued to disturb her with a message.
He finally blocked his profile and tweeted to Mumbai police with screens’ catches from the conversation.
They advised him to file a complaint with cyber police in Gujarat.
“Singh since it was removed and reactivated his profile several times and changed his profile picture,” he said.
“The whole episode has made me very disturbed,” said the woman to Tii, adding he hoped the man was immediately taken to order.
