AHMEDABAD: A 25-year-old girl from Punjab who operates with a personal airline within an airport filed a complaint about Saturday using Chandkheda police surmised she was pleased by her room-mate’s drunk buddy following the guy and her buddy and others needed a booze bash at her PG house in Jagatpur about June 9.
The complainant said within her FIR she has been residing with three other girls such as the accused called Priyanka Goyal at a PG for just six months.
Back in February, Goyal known as three of her male friends Shubham Sherawat, Mayank Sherawat and Nitish Sherawat in their PG house and they had a booze bash.
She cried to it, but Goyal informed me that her friends would shortly be departing after the celebration, so that she ought to bear with this.
But in the future, Goyal and her friends started holding regular booze parties in the PG and played music and bothered others by creating sound and uttering verbal abuses.
“Goyal known as the 3 guys to the PG and also they started staying there since June 4.
When I listened to their own stay, Goyal stated they would go back to their house in a few times and advised me to correct,” explained the complainant.
She stated in the FIR she moved to her job on June 5 in which her obligation has been scheduled at an Jaipur-bound airport and returned home in June 8.
“Once I returned I discovered Goyal along with others using fun along with playing loud music.
I told them to not drink and quit playing loud music.
This moment, my room-mate fought and threatened that she’d throw my bags and other posts out,” she alleged in the FIR.
At that moment, other room-mates intervened and sorted from the dispute.
On the following day, Goyal along with also the 3 men again started drinking as morning and picked up a fight with complainant.
“On June 9 day, when I had been sleeping in my home, Goyal’s buddy Mayank Sherawat slipped on the bed apart from me and started molesting me.
When I resisted, he pushed himself on me and demanded sexual intercourse,” she explained.
The complainant pushed him apart, ran from the area and informed Goyal relating to this.
However, Goyal took the negative of those accused and she and all the other guys started threatening her.
Subsequently the complainant called police charge room, but until the cops can arrivethe accused fled out there.
The complainant spoke about it to her own parents, who advised her to file a police complaint.
She approached Chandkheda authorities and registered a criticism of molestation, uttering of violent words, criminal intimidation and abetment from the Sherawats and Goyal.
