Kolkata: Appointment of partial restrictions with flights from Mumbai and Chennai to Kolkata, both high density routes, will not only make life easier for the company’s entrepreneurs and executives who travel between cities, but also help abroad go abroad and Bangladesh travel to Chennai Kolkata for health care.
During the last 13 months, travel between the two cities and Kolkata had been limited to three days a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
On Saturday, the country’s home department issued a notification of interesting sidewalks and allowed flights from these two cities flying directly to Kolkata every day.
Flight restrictions now remain for three cities – Pune, Nagpur and Ahmedabad.
With potentially 52 additional flights between Mumbai and Kolkata – as well as airlines can polish the fleet and digig their schedule – the hassle of flying to Kolkata from Mumbai for business travelers will greatly subside.
Until now, employers must schedule their meetings in such a way that they arrive in Kolkata or Mumbai early on Monday, Wednesday or Friday and then take the flight late at night again.
Or else, they are at risk of being trapped for one, and sometimes two, extra days before you can catch a flight directly back.
Another option is to take a one-stop flight through another city.
The airline also uses several ways to survive the challenges – from clubbing passengers from several of the same flights together to operate flights to Kolkata through a detour through the nearest sectors and even take passengers for functional income.
“The removal of the sidewalk on Mumbai-Kolkata flight will ensure that the company’s executives do not have to rush all day in Mumbai to take flights back directly on the same day.
Now, they are able to stay and take the flight the next morning,” said the Indian chairman travel federation (East ) Anil Punjabi.
For corporate travelers and recreation from Kolkata who look forward to foreign trips, the recovery of normal connectivity with Mumbai is a gift because it opens up many international goals.
“Until now, the arrival of scheduling through Mumbai has complicated with the need for RT-PCR tests on arrival and completing the report then fly to Kolkata.
With a fully vaccinated traveler no longer needed to undergo a RT-PC test, it facilitates many complications,” said the Association of the Chairman of India (East) of Manav Soni.
In the removal of restrictions similar to flights between Chennai and Kolkata, travel agents said they would benefit Bangladesh which reached Kolkata and then flew in the domestic sector for treatment.
The airline has the potential to add 48 additional flights a week in the Chennai-Kolkata sector on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
“Medical tourism will get Fillip.
When severe restrictions imposed and international aviation canceled, there are many Bangladesh fields stuck in Chennai which will then be evacuated with special flights,” Punjabi said.
