NEW DELHI: Walmart’s Flipkart has already filed a legal challenge from an Indian institution’s decision to permit an undercover probe to resume, resources with direct knowledge told Reuters on Thursday.
Flipkart encouraged the courtroom Karnataka to curtail the antitrust watchdog’s arrangement of analysis against the business, the sources stated.
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) pioneered a stunt in January a year ago on the grounds of a complaint alleging Amazon and also Flipkart encouraged select sellers in their e-commerce platforms which heavy reductions competition.
The firms have denied wrongdoing.
