New Delhi: When heavy rains and floods bring havoc in Telangana, the leader of the Rahul Gandhi congress has urged party workers in the state to provide all possible assistance in rescue operations.

The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) on Friday estimates heavy rainfall in twelve Telangana districts.
“Red warnings in three districts include Bheem, Jagtial, Warangal, and Orange Waspa in nine state districts,” said IMD.
Meanwhile, around 100 people stranded in a flood triggered by heavy rainfall in Nirmal Regency on Thursday was evacuated by the National Disaster Response Force and the State Disaster Response Team.
The NDRF team also saved 7 people stranded in an old house due to flash floods in the village of Savel District Nizamabad.
