Floods in China are changing the streets to the river, kill 12

Beijing: At least 12 people have died with severe flooding in the provincial capital of China who trapped people on the subway and school, washing vehicles and planting people at their workplace last night.
The city of Zhengzhou was soaked, the capital of Henan Province, reached 20 centimeters (8 inches) from 4 to 5pm on Tuesday, the official Xinhua news agency, quoted Henan’s weather body.
Torrent from Rain changed the streets into rivers that flow quickly and the subway stations and cars were flooded.

“I have lived in Zhengzhou throughout my life and have never seen a heavy rainstorm like today,” said Wang.
China experienced regular floods during the summer, but the growth of the city and conversion of agricultural land into subdivisions has increased the impact of the event.
