Floods Increase Sediment on River Raigad

Alibaug: The recent rain and the next flood has increased the level of sediment in Raigad Maharashtra Regency Rivers, an official said on Friday.
The Maharashtra Maritime Board surveyed Savitri, Kundalika, Patalganga, and the Amba River in the district.
Port Rain and floods in the region, and the report was handed over to the Ministry of Mining in the Regency, the official said.
According to the report, four major rivers in this district are full of sediments, which have blocked the flow of water, and can cause flooding in the future.
The affected area includes the Mahad Region, Polashpur, Roha and Nagothane, the official said.
According to the report, the level of sediment on the Patalganga River is 51,723 Kuningan, while in the Amba River, it was 74,556 Kuningan, followed by 4,29,539 brass in the Kundalika River, 1,43,174 Kuningan on the Savitri River and 93,949 Kuningan in Rajpuri and Mandad Creek.
