Miami: Federal Authority is a warning organizer that plans to launch the Fleet next week from South Florida to the waters near Cuba that they can take the risk of violating the law.
The US Homeland Security Department said in advisors Thursday that sailors who intend to enter the Territorial Cuban waters must get permission from the US Guard Coast.

Organizers say they will sail from South Florida if 100 sailors appear, according to the Miami Wor-TV television station.
“The aim is to remain on the border, not in without permission, remain in international water and let the Cubans know we also fight for their freedom, so once and for all they can become a free country,” Jorge Lopez said, “who plans travel.

This country through the worst economic crisis in decades.
