‘Flouuted’ building plan, OC is revoked

DTCP has issued a conditional OC to the Ardee Mall, which is spread in sector 5.1 hectares in sector 52, in June 2020.

Builder was given three licenses in 1995, 1997 and again in 2002 for the project.
But after the DTCP received complaints about disputed ownership of a portion of the land, he demanded a response from the builder in 2011.
The DTCP serves new notifications in 2019 which say licensees and associate companies have failed to submit compliance with clear titles of 41 hectares support them.
According to the norm, the developer needs to have land ownership and ownership before applying for a license on it.
Director of DTCP KM Pandurang said enough time was given to developers to clean up disputes and ensure compliance from the terms and conditions of the license, but they failed to resolve land disputes.
Ardee’s vice president Anil Hasija said one of the Allottes established several temporary structures in the basement of the mall due to misunderstandings.
“We solve the problem and operation of the mall will not be affected.
We have participated in the withdrawal of OC from the High Court,” he said, adding that they were looking for legal opinions about the cancellation of the Ardee City license.
