Flyer counts 2 times in a second Kolkata-London flight

Kolkata: The second direct flight to London after the Ministry of Civil Aviation gave ahead to the services that had been suspended eight months ago has recorded a double jump in the passenger sector in the Kolkata-London sector against the initial flight last week.
The source at AI said that the second flight has recorded nearly 85% of residence, up from nearly 35% of residence on the first flight to go to Heathrow last week.
The second flight departed from Heathrow at local time 1.15 a night on Saturday and would touch Kolkata at 3.05 in the morning on Sunday.
This will then leave Kolkata at 4:30 a.m.
and will reach the Heathrow at 9.55 in the morning.
“Apart from 200 bookings in the economy class for Kolkata-London’s feet, which was very encouraging was that 16 of the 18 seats in the business class had been ordered.
With a month-half puja durga and half away, it’s augur very well,” said an airline official .
Early rates in economy class are Rs 28,000 while in business classes, namely Rs 70,000.
Even though the ex-formed volume, it was the last one that gave high yield airlines.
Demand for business and first class in aviation throughout the world has soared because of the worries of safety because fewer passengers are accommodated in this section and there are more distances between seats side by side.
There are around 90 passengers departing on the first flight.
International flights usually take around three-four months to stabilize and record decent traffic.
Incidentally, the first flight was announced almost a week before his departure, at that time most of the people asked to travel would have booked a flight.
Traffic in the Kolkata-London sector saw a surge between September and January because people living in London usually traveled to Kolkata to meet relatives and friends and vice versa.
“We hope more people to travel this year because most of them have not ventured anywhere in the past half a year and are now desperate to rest and also to meet family members,” said travel agent.
