Mumbai: The weekend continues to be the most tiring time for passengers at Mumbai Airport.
Passengers arrived on international flights early on Sunday met with a long queue at the immigration counter.
Airport officials connect the crowd to the celebration season and say the waiting time to clean the immigration is about half an hour.
But passengers who bring to social media to vent their anger, say they have to wait for hours.
Omkar Pai, a passenger, posed a video on Twitter at 3.23 in the morning which showed a full arrival hall with hundreds of passengers waiting in the queue to clean the immigration.

The airport refers to a surge in leaflets because the Mumbai airport festival has again shifted on Twitter that the immigration counter clogged early Sunday morning because of the celebration traffic surge after the bander.
It caused a temporary delay at the immigration counter, said Tweet.
“Between 1:30 am and 3.45, both imitation counters and departure addressed extended queues for up to 24 minutes,” Air Port Tweeted added that the officers communicate with the authorities concerned to cleanse congestion the same as possible while maintaining a security protocolio.
The airport added that senior citizens, mothers with infants and pregnant women were cleaned through a diplomatic through.
The airport defense of the journey of the celebration season does not go down well on social media.

This is not the first time Mumbai airport has been in the news as long as we are gathering this celebration season.
On October 8, which was Friday, Terminal 2 saw terrible scenes with a massive crowd at a security advisor.
