FM Lays Foundation Stone for I-T Dept Bldg in B’luru

Bengaluru: Finance Minister Union Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday laying the foundation stone to build a building in the income tax office in Bengaluru Karnataka, according to service services.
Sitharaman also launched a stone foundation plaque on the site, the Ministry of Finance said in the statement.
P C Mohan, Parliament Member, Bangalore Center Constituency, has also graced the opportunity.
The layout of stone foundation has also been attended by Tarun Bajaj, Secretary, Revenue, Indian Government, J B Mohapatra, Chair, CBDT and M Ajit Kumar, Chair, CBIC.
The upcoming office building is located in Plot No.
4, 5 and 6, Road Infantry, Bengaluru has a G + 18 floor and one parking basement says release.
This building is oriented to utilize maximum natural lighting and is the rating of Griha IV accordingly.
This building has provisions for solar panels for power plants and designed with a rainy harvesting system.
Recycled water will be used for gardening and double plumbing system.
The central air cleaning system is equipped with magnetic filters and uv ray sterilization.
The building will be built by Bangalore Project Circle, CPWD.
This sophisticated building consists of an exclusive public relations office to address public complaints on priority and wait for the lounge for taxpayers.
It also accommodates Aaykar Seva Kendra to provide taxpayer services without bother.
The office building located in the center is taxable friendly.
The design allocation and building space provide a pleasant work environment for income tax department officers and staff.
