Jammu: Indian forces on Thursday night thwart an infiltration offer by a group of heavy-armed Pakistani terrorists along the control line (LOC) in Poonch J & K.
While the terrorists managed to escape to Kashmir, which was occupied by Pakistan, the next search from the area Security to find various kinds of goods with “signs” that show they are made in Pakistan.
On August 30, the army had shot dead two terrorists as they tried to enter India.
In detecting infiltration efforts by ultras Thursday night, Indian soldiers guarding Loc challenged the suspects and fierce shootings to occur.
“They took advantage of darkness because heavy terrain and heavy bushes and managed to escape towards Pok,” said a spokesman-based defense spokesman, Devender Anand.
“Forces carry out a comprehensive search from the meeting site and restore various kinds of administrative stores left by terrorists, including clothing, packaged food goods and medicines with Pakistani marks,” added LT Anand.
