Mumbai: BMC on Tuesday urged the mandal to strictly follow the Covid-19 protocol during Ganesh Chaturthi next month.
Officials met with the carrier of the office of Ganpati Mandals to review preparations for the festival.
“Just as we take care of Covid prevention steps in our daily lives, Covid prevention measures need to be strictly enforced during Ganeshotsav.
Mandal must increase awareness about it at their level.
