Badam Kheer.
If your brother is a fan of Kheer, then this DOOJ treats it with this unique Khephere recipe.
Boil 1 liter full cream milk and add 1 cup of thick milk to add a rich texture.
Meanwhile, dry grilled almonds and cashew nuts in Ghee, and destroy them roughly.
After milk starts to reduce, add Kardamom powder, the strands of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of rose water to add a different taste.

Mirchi Vada
