For Judge Slur, CBI is looking for deportation 2 of us

New Delhi: The CBI seeks interpol assistance in securing deportation of two men who are currently believed to be in the US and sought in cases of posting obstacle comments about judges and justice on social media platforms.
The agency also used a diplomatic channel in getting the two suspects – C Prabhakar Reddy aka ‘Punch’ Prabhakar and Mani Annapureddy – in case after discovering its existence using blue notification.
The CBI also moved through the mutual channel legal aid agreement (MLE) to collect information related to Facebook profiles, Twitter accounts, Facebook posts, tweets, youtube videos from Facebook, Twitter, Google details etc.
A CBI spokesman was informed on Thursday that the agency had an arrest warrant issued to both people and also filed six chargesheets in this case.
The six defendants were arrested by the CBI on October 22 from various places in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and currently in terms of justice.
The suspects were accused of commenting inappropriate comments about Judges in the Andhra Pradesh High Court for a certain verdict.
The CBI trip to seek international assistance in this case came after the Supreme Court that expressed irritably by the failure of the investigation institution to arrest the defendant.
In August this year, a bench led by the Chairman of India Judges NV Ramana Ramana Rugges did not have a priority for institutional investigations and that their complaints were harassed or intimidated not considered even though the special body like the CBI had been speed.
Previously arrested five were accused of July and August and also filed five separate chargesheets against them.
With this, the 11 separate chargesheet has been filed against all 11 defendants who were arrested so far in this case.
The agency has also examined Lok Sabha MP Nandigam Suresh and former MLA Amanchi Krishnamohan, both of them belong to the YSR Congress, in this case.
The CBI has registered a case on November 11 last year against 16 people and took over the investigation of 12 firs from Cid, Andhra Pradesh, in pursuing a high court order.
The original API was registered with the complaint of the Registrar General of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
The agency also has many approved posts and YouTube channels that are blocked from the social media platform and public domain.
During the investigation, a total of 13 digital gadgets including cellphones, tablets have been restored, CBI gets information.
