Chennai: Members of the DMK Rajya Sabha Tiruchi Siva have urged the center to make Tamil Mandatory language for class XI and class XII in Kendriya Vidyalaya located in Tamil Nadu.
He made this representation in a letter to the Minist of Education of the New Union inaugurated Dharmendra Pradhan.
According to Siva, he has been raised in Rajya Sabha the problem of Tamil is not offered as a language in Kendriya Vidyalaya to even want students.
The Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokriyal has promised the necessary actions.
“Recently, when the syllabus for class IX was uploaded, there was no such provision.
Furthermore, students of class XI and XII were given the choice to choose the choice and pass the need to study Tamil,” Siva wrote in his letter to Pradhan.
