Bareilly: On the bus busy standing in the city on Tuesday, Mohammad Sahil, 20, a worker who did not work, was accused of theft by observers.
The masses immediately gathered around him, tied his legs so he could not escape, dragging him with his hair, hit him and staped it around his neck to make him “claim” for the alleged crime.
He was attacked for almost 30 minutes before the police arrived.
The police did not find stolen goods with him.
A Devendra Kumar, who lives in Shahjahanpur, said in his complaint that while waiting for the bus to Rudrapur, he found his phone disappeared from his pocket.

And in a series of photos, a man in a light blue shirt was seen standing on it, his legs were on Sahil’s neck to strangle him because he looked panting.
When the police arrived there, said bruised.
They took him to the district hospital, where medical examinations were carried out.
He was dismissed and was taken directly to the police locking.
On the basis of Kumar’s complaint, a FIR was registered with a “unknown” person.
