Forced sex with not illegal wives, said the court, giving a man’s relief arrest

Observing that complaints of a woman that her husband had sex with him forcefully, against his desire, he could not consider “illegal things”, the court session had provided anticipatory guarantees to men and their families in a cruelty case.
The woman accused her that she was paralyzed under the waist because of forced sex.
“It is unfortunate that the woman suffers from paralysis.
However, applicants cannot be responsible for the same thing.
Seeing the nature of accusations made to husband and in-laws, the interrogation of custodian is not needed,” said Judge Sanjashree J Ghharat.
The woman said she married the man on November 2020.
He was accusing as soon as her husband and her in-laws began to mock and demand money.
