Forced to work without salary, men are saved

Muzaffarnagar: The police have saved a man who was forced to work as a domestic aid at the farmhouse here without getting a one-year salary.
Silajuddy Asif, a native of Western Bengal, was released from ompal farmhouse in Dabal Village of Ratens Puri and sent back home after the police confirmed the contribution was cleaned by the owner on Monday.
The victim was promised a salary of Rs 21,000 for domestic work but landlords did not pay wages over the past year, police said.
Asif managed to call the police and narrated his assignment that he had not paid his salary by Opomal and also stopped from outside the house.
Based on complaints, the police raided the house and restored ASIF.
