Ludhiana: The police on Wednesday destroyed the call center of Pakhowal’s call which postponed foreign nationals.
During the attack, Rs 14 Lakh and several SIM cards used in the crime were restored by fraudsters targeting foreign nationals.
They are used to buy personal information from their targets, such as the National Identification Number (NIN), and call them say they have complaints against them or that they have to pay taxes.
In one such case, they have deceived someone of Rs 12 lakh.
“The center staff calls at least 20 people including four Nigerians.
They use the perfect speaking pattern to trap people, he added.
