Forensic report to decide the fate of 32 HPSC scams accused

Chandigarh: The results of forensic examinations from the optical sign introduction sheet (OMR), recorded results and electronic devices will decide how far the 32 candidates identified by Haryana State Vigilance Bureau (SVB) are involved in the cash fraud in which three officers were arrested.
The bureau also tracked the source of RS 3.50 Crore which was confiscated from the defendant.
Of the 32 marked candidates, 15 took the preliminary examination of HCS, while 17 wrote a test of dental surgeons.
They were identified by documents, chat, and other records confiscated from the defendant Anil Nagar, Ashwani Kumar, and Naveen Kumar.
The 816-page svb charging sheet delivered in the trio in the Citizenship Panchkula Court has detailed candidates collected from the examination of the network operandi mode.
This case will have 34 witnesses of prosecution and several defendants can change approvers.
On November 17, Naveen Kumar was the first arrest of the bureau in this case.
He led the Bureau to Deputy Secretary of the HPSC Anil Nagar and Ashwani Kumar, who carried out the agency that prepared an OMR sheet and prepared the results.
The charging sheet contains a concession statement that strengthens the evidence.
A Bureau official said: “Their cellphones and other devices are scanned.
OMR sheets are checked to see if it is damaged, and if yes, then which candidates benefit.
Maybe some of these candidates fail though from the outside help or clean the test without help.
Forensic test reports hold the key.
“We will check the confiscated hard disk and drive pen for change.
We pursue the trail of money now to get to the intermediary.
