Form approval, class 3 hours but there is no medical certificate at this time

Gurgaon: from cleaning the campus to form a monitoring committee to track daily activities, government schools in the country are preparing to welcome children back to schools from July 16.
Starting on Friday, schools will open their senior door parts – grade 9 to 12.
Classes for secondary parts -Class 6 to 8 – will begin on July 23.
After the school education department issued a standard operating procedure (SOP) to hold a short physical class at the school, the schools had begun to make preparations to ensure students and teachers followed the appropriate behavior of Covid.
To start, the principal and the teacher have sent a form of approval to all students and asks them to take them together on the first day of school.
The teacher also told students about the rules to be followed at school and have asked them to assess their health before coming to the physical class.
“At present, schools carry out the basic sanitization of the school campus and the forming team assigned to the responsibility to ensure guidelines followed.
We have asked the teacher not force any students to come to school and make arrangements to continue with online classes simultaneously,” said A senior education department official.
According to the new SOP, the class will be held for only three hours, starting at 8:30 a.m.
to 11:30 a.m.
Written or verbal approval from parents will be mandatory for students to be allowed to sit for physical classes.
In school, students must wear a mask at any time and follow the practice of washing ordinary hands.
The morning assembly session will also be suspended to avoid density on the school page.
To ensure social distance in the classroom, the department has asked the principal to ensure that only 30 students are present in classrooms on certain days.
All students must sit in a chair that has their business cards on them.
Changing seating settings or coming with close contact with other students will not be permitted.
In addition, students will not be allowed to share stationery and food, and midday food will be suspended.
The department has implemented the need for a medical certificate from the hospital.
“Every school will have a monitoring committee consisting of teachers who do not take daily classes.
These teachers will form a team that will ensure that the school place remains safe.
