New Delhi: In a command that can help in maintaining close closure to coal-based thermal power plants (TPP) which fails to remove dangerous flies properly, the National Green Court (NGT) has directed the center to regulate the mission of managing and utilizing the ash flies to monitor Scientific management and utilization of burning coal remains, and asking them to take adequate action against non-obedient power plants.
In addition to monitoring the disposal of the annual stock of Abu Fly which is not used, the mission will also see how 1,670 million tons of inheritance (accumulated) fly ash can be used in the most harmless way and how all safety measures can be taken by power plants.
This mission will be led together by the Secretary of the Environment, Coal and Ministry of Strength, maintaining the secretary of their respective Secretary.
The secretary panel, coordinating with power plants and legal regulators, must draw a road map for the use and disposal of the entire gray of inheritance according to the improvement action recommended by the expert committee formed by NGT.
“The failure of TPP is very worrying.
We did not find reasons not to receive all recommendations (from the expert committee) and to direct the action of improvement,” observed the bench, led by Chairman NGT Adarsh ​​Kumar Goel, in order on January 18.

The court made observations while hearing the request, submitted by Ashwani Advocate Kumar Dubey.
The last order came when washing the request in the Ash Ash Singrauli Lalap Incident, Madhya Pradesh in April 2020.
Violations of Dyke, owned by Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project, resulted in the death of six villagers (including three children) and the destruction of plants.
The court in his order asked TPP to pay higher compensation to the family of six who died in the Dyke Bridge incident.
The court, referring to the expert committee report, found a serious gap in storing ash fly in ponds and embankments, and failure to prevent fugitive emissions and installation of devices to control air pollution.
“Such failure has been found to have caused serious damage to the environment and the health of the people who need to be repaired in mission mode in accordance with the Mandate of the Indian constitution and the NGT Act,” it was observed.
