Bhubaneswar: Formal notifications to carry out the Three Level Panchayat polls in Odisha were issued by electoral officers on Thursday.
Panciran polls have been planned to be held in five phases from February 16 to 24.
The voting electoral commission (SEC) has issued a detailed guideline for polls given the surge in Covid-19 cases.
