Former BSP MLA gets a life span in the case of rape 2008

Bareilly: Special MP / MLA Court in Budaun has sentenced the former Bahujan Party (BSP) MLA Yogendra Sagar to life in prison for alleged rape of a college student 13 years ago.
He has also been fined Rs 30,000, which will be given to Survivors as compensation.
The woman, who was 20 years old when crime committed, was kidnapped and raped by gang in 2008, and Sagar was made together in this case.
Although the police have submitted a closing report in Sagar’s assistance, the case was reopened by the court of session in 2010.
Then transferred to the MP / MLA court for the trial quickly under the supervision of the Supreme Court.
Judgment on Saturday was said by additional district judges Akhilesh Kumar after he found SAGAR guilty under the IPC 376 D (Gang Rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
Sagar’s Son is BJP MLA who sits the constituency of Batisauli in Budaun.
