Former Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court, not a former SC judge, for the Head of Bengal

Kolkata: Former Chairman of the Hakit Judge of the High Court Manjula Chelur will be the head of a special investigation team formed by the court to investigate allegations of violence after the polls made in criminal cases other than those who are associated with murder, rape and crime against women.
The High Court issued a notification on Friday.
A five judge consisting of acting Chief Justice of Rajesh Bindes and IP Hakeses Mukerji, Harish Tandon, Souser Sen and Talukdar Subrata made modifications in the order of August 19 which stated: “Sitting work must be withdrawn by Hon’Ble Retired Judge.
