Former colleagues kill women in Bengaluru, poison drinks

Bengaluru: The 32-year-old security manager with an e-commerce company allegedly injected a 25-year-old woman with Chlorpheniramine Maleate (a skin allergy medication) and then smothered it to death at her residence in Lingadiramallasandra Village, near Hoskote, on Wednesday morning.
According to the police, the suspect, Gopala Krishna, a manager with e-commerce and residents of Tarah, then consumed poison near Lake Geddalapura, 6km from Lingadiramallashandra, and died.
The woman who has died is Usha S from the village of Bellamba near Ankola, Uttara Kannada District.
He is a security guard with a private company.
Police source said they had not found out why Krishna gave him an antihistamine injection.
Police said that Krishna and Usha were previous colleagues in the security division of an e-commerce company.
“The woman was found killed in his home house and his former body of his colleague was found near the lake on the same day.
We are investigating the relationship between two deaths,” said Kona Vamsi Krishna, police supervisor (Bengaluru District), said.
According to the probe preliminary, Krishna was separated from his wife from a few years ago.
He began to live with his sister and became close to Usha when he worked underneath.
He showed an interest in marrying him, but he rejected his proposal.
On Wednesday, he came to his residence about learning, he was alone when his older brother was on the task of the night shift.
Forensic science experts visit both spots and collect evidence for scientific examination.
