Former Deputy Karnataka CM Parameshwara sponsors student engineering costs

Mangaluru: Divith Rai’s family, 17, was happy after former Deputy Chairperson of Minister G Parameshwara made his promise made about five years ago.
The former minister has promised to take care of the cost of education of a student from Putture in 2017.
Divith has secured the engineering chair at a private college in Mangaluru, after which former KPCC head agreed to take care of costs.
He also discussed this with the Institute.
When Divith was in class VII in the government model Harad School Upper Primary in Pattture Taluk Dakthina Kannada, he had approached the Parameshwara, then handled the minister, to save four teachers from his school from being moved.
He has sent a text message to save the teachers.
The minister then took this problem with the Minister of Education Tanveer Sait and revoked the transfer.
