SYDNEY: Former England coach Trevor Bayliss has been appointed in Sydney Thunder on Thursday, using the Australian expression that he was likely to be going home.
The 58-year-old, that masterminded England’s one-day World Cup victory in 2019, will coach the team to the subsequent three Twenty20 Big Bash League seasons.
