‘Former former police chief can be stated as absonc’

Mumbai: The Magistrat Court on Wednesday allowed the defense by Crime Branch to declare the former City Police Chief of Bir Bir Singh and the other two as the accused of escaping and issuing the proclamation of them in case of extortion suspected of threatening a businessman and money dizzy and squeezing.
The crime branch on Monday moved the request against Param, Vinay Singh and Chhota Shakeel Aide Riyaz Bhatti.
Proclamation will now be issued in newspapers who accuse the defendant to present themselves before the authorities within 30 days.
It will also be inserted at their address.
“If the defendant fails to appear in this time, the process can begin for the attachment of their property,” said the Special Public Prosecutor Shekhar Jagtap.
The request said the unstrangeable warrant was issued by the court on October 30, but the trio was not available at their address.
Allegedly that they had hid after the case was registered.
Under section 82 criminal procedure code (CRPC), which is related to “proclamation for people escaping”, if there is a court having a reason to believe that someone to whom the warrant has been spent has escaped or hysing himself so that the warrant cannot occur Executed, it can publish written proclamation that requires it to appear in a certain place.
Plea was called part 83 CRPC, where the defendant’s property escaped could be attached.
Last week, the judge’s court issued a warrant that was not in a param.
This is the third non-translucent warrant issued to it.
Previously, the Thane Court and the 37th Metropolitan Court issued a warrant that was not lavoyed against Param in connection with two extortion cases registered with it and others.
The crime branch said police went to Param’s Malabar Hill’s house on November 10 but because of his absence, the warrant could not be served.
The statement of a police guard was placed in the building and the cook was recorded.
The guard told them that for three months, Param had not yet come to the building.
He said the family of Param also did not live there, and he did not know their existence.
The cook said he had lived and worked in the building for more than a year.
He also said that not Param and his family went to a place in three months.
Vinay Singh’s wife told the police that she had never been to their Kandivli apartment since being first registered.
He claimed that he had not relate to him.
The woman said she was not aware of its current location.
At Versova Bhatti’s house, his wife also gave the same statement.
Mumbai police have formed a special investigation team to investigate extortion cases against Param and cases separate from the same nature (not related to it), which is being handled by the IX Crime Branch unit.
