Patna: Four of the 12 accused of being accused of a former murder case of the Mayor of Katihar has not been arrested by the police.
The former mayor, Shivraj Paswan, was shot dead near Santoshi Chowk in Kesatar City on July 29.
Overall 12 people, including Neeraj Paswan, BJP MLA’s nephew, Srivanta Srivastava alias, former member of the council number 16 and two bright Srivastava and Goldy Srivastava were accused of being accused of being accused of being accused of being registered with the city police station in connection with the murder.
Shivraj has won elections from number 16 environments twice in a row.
The short tenure as the mayor ended on June 26 this year because the election cannot be held on time because of Covid’s pandemic.

Jha said Neeraj was arrested from the Falka police station area on Thursday night.
“He was sent to prison on Friday after production in a local court,” he added, adding two more charges, including Goldy, arrested from the Korha police station area.
He said the eight named accused and four other people who were not named in FIR have been captured in connection with this case.
Jha said the interrogation revealed that Shivraj had won Abhishek’s father Prakash Mahto near his residence about two weeks back along with several supporters.
“Abhishek came to save his father.
His friend Goldy also joined him.
Goldy was also destroyed by the former mayor and supporters,” he said.
SDO added a conspiracy to be hatched to kill Shivraj after the incident.
“Interrogation also revealed that it was bright and Ankit who had opened fire on the former mayor of close range,” he said.
