Former Kerala CM V S Achuthananandan was hospitalized after testing Covid-19 positive

Thiruvananthapuram: Former Chief Minister Kerala, V S Achuthananandan was hospitalized on Friday after he tested positive Covid-19.
The 98-year-old CPI (M) leader shifted to a private hospital in the city after he contracted a virus from the nurse, who had cared for him.
“He was quarantined at home …
Unfortunately, the nurse who took care of him was tested positively for the virus and father was also found positive yesterday.
He was hospitalized,” said Putra Achuthananandan VA Arun Kumar in a social media post.
Achuthananandan is the Chair of the Minister of Kerala from 2006 to 2011.
Last year, he has resigned from the position of chairman of the Administrative Reform Commission quoting health reasons.
