Chandigarh: Former Mohali Mayor Kulwant Singh joined the AAM AADMI Party (AAP) in the presence of AP Punjab President and MP from Sangrur, Bhagwant Mann and also Paljab Co-incharge Raghav Chadha in Chandigarh on Monday.
Kulwant will be AAP’s face for the election of upcoming assembly from Mohali.
Joining ceremony was held in Sector 39 in Chandigarh.
Kulwant was first seen with AAP Supremo and Chairman of the Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal when he reached Chandigarh airport a few months ago.
AAP Punjab President and MP from Sangrur, Bhagwant Mann and AAP Punjab Co-Incharge Raghav Chadha while joining Kulwant Singh said that the combination gave a major encouragement for AAP.
Chadhha said, “Because AAP has swept Chandigarh MC, the party will appear as the biggest party in the election of the upcoming assembly in Punjab.” AAP Punjab President and MP Bhagwant Mann said, “Kulwant Singh is a strong face in Mohali.
The candidate for Mohali will be announced by the AAP ARVIND KeRriwal chip.
AAP has committed a miracle in the Chandigarh MC election and this will reflect the election of the Punjab Assembly.
