NEW YORK: Complaints of Criminal Charging Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo with sex violations of sex violations submitted on Thursday in court in Albany, the capital of the country, the first prosecution originating from its violation scandal which caused resignation.
Submission from the Sheriff Office of Albany Regency, accused Cuomo to grope a woman under the blus, was confirmed by a spokesman for the New York State Courts, Lucian Chalfen, in an email statement that refers to alleged violations as “sex crime.” Cuomo, 63, who resigned two months ago under mounting calling for the leading Ouster of Democrats, including President Joe Biden, will appear in court on November 17 under the call issued on Thursday but has not been served, the Albany Times Union newspaper Reportedly.
Lawyer Cuomo, Rita Glavin, said in a statement to a local media outlet that he was innocent and questioned the handling of the Craig Craig Sheriff case, by saying he “didn’t even tell the district’s office what he did.” “This is not a professional law enforcer; this is politics,” he said.
District Prosecutor’s Office for Albany County, David Soares, issued a separate statement which showed that Sheriff had acted independently of the local prosecutor.
“Like other people, we were surprised to know today that criminal complaints were put forward in the Albany City Court by the Albany Regency Sheriff Office against Andrew Cuomo,” Soares said.
He refused to comment further.

His office was not pursuing criminal charges, but a local prosecutor in several districts, including Albany, said after reports that they were looking at the problem and requesting evidence from an independent investigation.
“The criminal fee carried today against Mr.
Cuomo to touch force further validate the findings in our report,” James said in a statement on Thursday.
The former governor has long denied a mistake, even though he said he received “full responsibility” for what he called a bad effort to be full of love or funny.
“In my mind, I never crossed a line with anyone, but I didn’t realize the extent to which the line was redrawn,” he said in announcing his resignation.
Exit Cuomo closed the fall for months, revoking a political career of a man who had been considered as a possibility of US President competitors, and the daily briefing at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic raised his national profile.
Cuomo’s resignation saved him from the possibility of removal from the office through the Impeachment process in the legislature of the state, which seems even though the body was dominated by fellow Democrats.
Independent investigations found that Cuomo groped, smelled or made suggestive comments that were not right to women, including current workers and former government workers, and replied to at least one woman who accused her sexually.
Like his father Mario Cuomo, Andrew Cuomo was elected three terms of four years as governor.
He was praised as a national leader last year at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic after giving a daily news conference because his country became the center of the US public health crisis.
